Pax Animi Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and/or personal data collected through our mobile games and related services (the “Services”). This page also serves as the Data Deletion Instructions URL for platforms that require one (including Meta / Facebook).
1. How to Request Deletion
To request the deletion of your data, send an email to:

2. Information to Include in Your Request
To help us locate and verify your data, please include as much of the following as possible:
- The email address associated with your account or used to contact us previously.
- Your platform account information (e.g., Apple ID email, Google Play account email).
- Your in-game user ID or player profile name (if available; this can usually be found in the game’s settings or profile screen).
- Your device identifier (advertising ID / IDFA / GAID, if known).
- The name of the game(s) for which you are requesting data deletion.
3. Verification
To protect your privacy, we need to verify that the deletion request comes from the actual data subject (or an authorized representative). After receiving your request, we may ask you to confirm your identity by:
- Responding from the same email address linked to your account or previously used to contact us.
- Providing additional details that match the information we have on file (e.g., device type, approximate date of last play session, purchase history).
We will not use the information collected during verification for any purpose other than processing your deletion request.
4. What We Delete
Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymize the following categories of personal data associated with you:
- Account and profile data (display name, linked platform identifiers).
- Gameplay data (game progress, scores, achievements, virtual items, virtual currency balances).
- Device and technical identifiers (advertising IDs, internal user IDs, device information).
- Analytics and usage data (session logs, feature-usage events, A/B test assignments).
- Diagnostics (crash reports, performance logs).
- Advertising and attribution data (ad interaction records, install attribution, campaign metadata).
- Support records (email correspondence and attachments related to customer support).
We will also instruct our third-party processors (analytics, attribution, and advertising partners) to delete or anonymize data linked to the identifiers we provide them, in accordance with their data processing agreements.
5. Processing Time
We will acknowledge your request promptly and complete the deletion within the following time frames:
- EEA / UK (GDPR): within 30 days of receiving a verified request. If the request is complex, we may extend this by an additional 60 days, and we will notify you of the extension and the reasons.
- United States (CCPA / state privacy laws): within 45 days of receiving a verified request. If additional time is needed, we may extend by an additional 45 days with notice.
- All other regions: within 45 days of receiving a verified request.
6. Exceptions — Data We May Retain
In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data even after a deletion request, as permitted or required by applicable law. This includes:
- Legal obligations: data we are required to keep for tax, accounting, regulatory, or other legal purposes.
- Fraud and security: records necessary to investigate, prevent, or defend against cheating, abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
- Legal claims: data needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or disputes.
- Aggregated or anonymized data: information that has been aggregated or anonymized so that it can no longer identify you. This data is not considered personal data and may be retained indefinitely.
- Backup systems: residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited time until they are overwritten through routine backup cycles.
If any exception applies, we will inform you in our response and explain the legal basis for retention.
7. What Happens After Deletion
Please be aware that once your data is deleted:
- Your game progress, virtual items, virtual currency, and achievements will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
- If you had any active subscriptions, data deletion does not automatically cancel them. You must cancel subscriptions directly through your platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) to avoid future charges.
- You may continue to use the Services as a new user, but your previous data will not be available.
8. Facebook / Meta Users
If you logged in to one of our games using Facebook, you can also remove the app from your Facebook account settings:
- Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find the game and click Remove.
To ensure complete deletion of your data from our systems, please also send a deletion request to info@paxanimigames.com as described above.
