Pax Animi Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) develops and publishes mobile games. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you download or play our games, use our websites, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”). It also explains your choices and rights under laws such as the GDPR (EEA/UK), and major U.S. state privacy laws.
1. Who We Are
Data controller (for GDPR/UK GDPR purposes): Pax Animi Games (Istanbul, Türkiye). Email: info@paxanimigames.com. Website: paxanimigames.com. If we appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) or an EU/UK representative where required, we will publish their contact details here or on our website.
2. Scope
This policy applies to information processed in connection with:
- Our mobile games (including gameplay, ads, analytics, and in-game purchases).
- Our websites and community/support channels.
- Marketing and communications (only where you have opted in or where permitted by law).
3. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information from third parties.
3.1 Information you provide
- Support communications (e.g., email address, message content, attachments) when you contact us.
- Information you choose to share through optional social features (e.g., display name, user-generated content), if a game includes them.
- Purchase and subscription support information (e.g., transaction identifiers) to help resolve billing issues (we do not receive your full payment card details).
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and app information (device model, OS version, language, time zone, app version, screen resolution).
- Identifiers and network information (IP address, device advertising identifier such as IDFA/GAID where permitted, and internal game/user identifiers).
- Gameplay and usage data (progress, session duration, features used, in-game events).
- Diagnostics (crash logs, performance data, error reports).
- Approximate location derived from IP address (country/region-level).
- Advertising and attribution data (ad impressions, clicks, conversions, install source, campaign metadata).
3.3 Information from third parties
- App stores and platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play) including purchase confirmations and device/platform signals.
- Analytics, attribution, and advertising partners (e.g., Amplitude, Airbridge, Unity and other SDKs integrated into a particular game).
- If you choose to link your game account to a third-party platform (such as Facebook Login or Sign in with Apple, where available in a game), that platform shares the information described in Section 3.4.
3.4 Facebook Login, Sign in with Apple and social features
Some of our games, including MoneyToBillions, let you optionally link your game account to Facebook or Apple. Linking is never required to play; you can always continue as a guest.
Facebook Login. If you sign in with Facebook, we request only the public_profile permission and receive:
- your app-scoped Facebook user ID;
- your name; and
- your profile picture.
We use this information to link and restore your game account, to show your name and profile picture as your in-game profile, and to display them to other players in social features such as the friends list, leaderboards and attack reports. We store a copy of your profile picture on our servers (Google Firebase) so that other players can see it, and we store a one-way hash of your Facebook user ID to help you find your friends in the game. We never receive your Facebook password, we do not post to Facebook on your behalf, and we do not sell your Facebook data or use it for advertising.
Facebook friends (optional). If a game offers a “Find Facebook friends” feature and you grant the separate user_friends permission, Facebook shares the list of your Facebook friends who also play the game and have granted the same permission. We use this list only to suggest those friends inside the game; friendships are never created automatically.
Sign in with Apple. If you sign in with Apple, Apple shares a unique user identifier and, only on your first sign-in and only if you choose to share them, your name and email address (which may be a private relay address). We use your name as your in-game display name. We do not use your email address for marketing.
In-game social features. When you use friends features, we process your in-game friend ID, friend requests and friendships, invite links you share (including the invite code they contain), and your country (derived from your device settings or IP address) to suggest players from your region. Your display name, profile picture, friend ID and basic game statistics may be visible to other players.
Unlinking and deletion. You can unlink Facebook or Apple at any time in the game’s Settings. When you unlink Facebook, we delete the stored copy of your profile picture and your Facebook ID hash. You can also remove the game from your Facebook account (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove). To delete your account and all associated data, use the Delete Account option in the game’s Settings or follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
4. How We Use Information and Legal Bases
We process information for the purposes below. If you are in the EEA/UK, we rely on the legal bases listed (GDPR/UK GDPR).

Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests typically include: improving our games, keeping the Services secure, preventing fraud, and understanding high-level performance. You may object in certain cases (see Section 9).

You can control how we and our partners process information:

7. International Data Transfers
We are based in Türkiye and use vendors around the world. Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including the United States and South Korea. Where required (e.g., for transfers from the EEA/UK), we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, and where applicable, reliance on an adequacy mechanism like the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for certified recipients.
8. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
- Core gameplay and account/support data: retained while you use the Services and for a reasonable period after to resolve issues and comply with obligations.
- Analytics and performance logs: retained for a limited period (often 14–26 months in raw form) and then aggregated or deleted, depending on the tool configuration.
- Fraud/security logs: retained as needed to investigate and prevent abuse.
- Facebook and Apple sign-in data: kept while your account is linked. Your stored Facebook profile picture and Facebook ID hash are deleted when you unlink Facebook, and all account data is deleted when you delete your account.
- Backups: may persist for a limited time until overwritten under routine cycles.
You may request deletion (see Section 9). Some information may be retained to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

10. U.S. Privacy Notice (California and Other States)
This section provides additional disclosures for U.S. residents where required by applicable state laws.
10.1 Categories of personal information

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some privacy laws define ‘sale’ or ‘sharing’ broadly to include certain disclosures for targeted advertising. If a game uses third-party advertising SDKs, we may disclose identifiers and advertising data to ad partners for targeted advertising and measurement. You can opt out using the controls in Section 5, and by contacting us.

11. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18, and we do not knowingly serve interest-based advertising to children under 18.
